2 year old pictures finally!

I was beginning to wonder if I was ever going to get around to taking Reese's picture, but finally on a beautiful weekend it happened!! We just went out here in the subdivision and got some great shots. There is walking trail back in the woods with a creek and lots of open fields. I borrowed a camera from a friend and now I really want one myself! We are actually shooting a wedding together next weekend and I am really looking forward to that! I really enjoy photography and you almost have to do it yourself anymore because it is so expensive! Of course the one shot I really wanted was of her laying down in the grass, but she wouldn't quite cooperate and I have to say I don't blame her! Enjoy!

Rough times for Mom

The past week has been really bad for my mom. She is currently in the hospital with an intestinal infection. This is causing her to have really bad headaches, even migraines and they are making her sick. She has to stay in the hospital in order to recieve the antibiotics that she needs. Before she got to the hospital she had passed out at home and busted her lip open and scrapped up her nose and she has a nice shiner on her eye! I am really worried about her because she is still miserable. I just hope and pray that she gets to come home soon. School just can't get out quick enough for her. Please just pray for her recovery.

Reese is going to be a Big Sister!!

You can't have a new house without a new baby right? Matt, Reese and I are just so excited! Friday we got to see the baby and hear the heartbeat and everything looks great. We will have a planned C-Section the Monday before Thanksgiving. We should be able to find out mid July what we are having. If I had to guess, I am guessing a boy because I haven't been sick like I was with Reese, but we will see!

Mother's Day 2008

I had a wonderful rainy mother's day. I woke up to a new watering can, a new Christian CD and some fake flowers, but I like those because they last and Matt did a great job picking them and they actually match the decor in the house!! I am just thankful that I get to be a mother to Reese and that my mother and grandmother are still with me. That is the only gift that I need. Reese also picked out a book that she gave me and she brought a flower home from the babysitter's also. Here is a picture of the whole family. That is my wonderful parents, brother and grandparents, Nanny and Pop.
