Happy Halloween!

Man I love Halloween being on the weekend, it makes it so nice to not have to be rushed around when I get home. This year Reese wanted to be a witch, so I just had to find a cat costume for Ramsey! She did better than I thought about leaving her costume on. This Halloween was just not the same as it usually is because Pop wasn't here to see the girls. He cared so much for the girls and really enjoyed being around them. I am so glad that he got to spend some time with them! That was a major goal of mine, was for Nanny and Pop to meet Matt and I's children and we accomplished that! We stayed home tonight and trick or treated around here and had some family over to eat afterwards. We have way too much candy lingering in this house, I think I need to sneak it to school to give to the kids for rewards. I am looking forward to the next two days off and then only two more weeks of basketball and my life will somewhat be back to normal! Happy Halloween!

Last game and trophy

Reese played her last soccer game this past Saturday and then team went to Snappy Tomatoes after the game to get their trophys, of course Reese's favorite thing! I think she liked it pretty well, she was one of the youngest on her team and she has lots to learn, but it is a good experience for her. She said she still wanted to play next year, we will see!

Indy Trip

Over Fall Break, Matt and I went to Indianapolis for an anniversary weekend. We both really enjoy going to sporting events together and we hadn't been anywhere recently, so it just happened to work out that Lee Ann couldn't use her season Colts tickets that weekend. I had never been to a Pro Football game and man was it awesome! Lucas Oil Stadium is so nice! I laughed at Matt because he is afraid of heights majorly and we had to go up several flights of escalators, but we finally made it. We also went shopping and of course ate a lot. I also watched two movies in a row one night and that is like a personal record for me because I can never watch one moview without falling asleep at home or at the movies! I definitely want to take the girls back there to go to the Children's museum and the zoo. It is a great city!

Hubers

Every year we go with my family to Huber Farms in Indiana. Last year it was freezing cold and raining and this year it was absolutely perfect. The girls got to play, feed the animals, take a hay ride, go to the pumpkin patch and of course eat!

Day at the Zoo

We have been promising the girls to go to the Zoo for awhile now and I am so glad that we picked such a beautiful day! This is the first time that Ramsey has been and really enjoyed the animals. Her favorite was the penguins. Reese's favorite aniamals she also said penguins. Me personally I really enjoyed the gorillas and the seals. I can't wait for the Polar Bears to be back, they are going to have an awesome home! We are looking forward to going back once they arrive home!

First Soccer Game

The day after the wedding Reese had her first soccer game. I had an ulcer in my eye that morning and it was very painful to look into the sunlight, but I was determined to not miss her first soccer game, so I sat with my glasses on and then my sunglasses over it with my hands over my eyes unless she was on the field. Pretty miserable day, but I think she had fun and that is all that matters! I can't believe that her team is Gold after she was the Gold Pirates for tee-ball, maybe we can get away from Gold eventually!

Getting Ready for the Wedding

The girls and I had a great time getting ready for the wedding in a suite at the Seelbach. Reese enjoyed getting her hair and make-up done for the first time!

Rehersel Day

So I am just getting to my pictures on my camera from the wedding festivities. Reese and Olivia had a great time practicing being flower girls and really liked the bracelet that Annie gave them to wear on the wedding day

Lee Ann and Damien's Wedding

I can't believe the day has already come and past, but it was none other than perfect, well almost. It was going to be a busy day, I knew that, but I didn't know that I would end the day in such pain that I couldn't enjoy myself. The girls loved getting their hair and make-up done and putting on their pretty dresses! I can't believe that me, the camera lady, didn't take one picture of the girls, I had too many other things to keep up with to take the camera along. Thankfully Damien took some and I now have a picture to show of the girls. Reese walked down the long aisle fine and I carried Ramsey down the aisle. Needless to say, once Ramsey made her appearence she quickly was outside with Daddy because she didn't want to stay for the rest and be quiet. My parents agreed to take the girls home early in the reception so that Matt and I could enjoy a night, but that didn't last too long because I had eye pain that was unbearable and I had to call it a night. The next morning I find out that I had an ulcer in my eye. Of course Reese had her first soccer game that day and it had to the the sunniest day yet, but I stuck it out and watched her as I peeked out of my hands. I am so glad that we got to be apart of the Anderson's wedding day and I hope they enjoy many memories together!
