Ramsey is 3 months old!

Here are just some pictures from the past couple of days. Reese got to play with her friend Averie this weekend and they had fun playing house together. Ramsey is our sleeping beauty, sleeping anywhere from 7-9 hours at night!! We are working on the rolling over with her, she will get it eventually. Ramsey is also liking the bath more and more. She use to cry the minute you took her clothes over to the minute you put them back on, but she is growing out of that stage thankfully.

Bruin Basketball

Last night was Central's last home game of the season. It was senior night and the boys played very well and beat Breckenridge County. Taylor and Matt also won their JV game. Taylor had two three's in the game. The girls love going to the game. Gran, Grampy and Grandy all help with them at the game or I probably wouldn't be able to do it. Thanks! Reese decided, just like Santa Clause, she doesn't like the Bruin either, so I had Ramsey's picture taken with the Bruin, but Reese wouldn't have a thing to do with him. If the Bruin even remotely came close to her she would hide behind me. The boys play Friday night at Meade to finish the regular season and then they play next Thursday at home against John Hardin, for the fourth year in a row in the first round.

Happy Valentines Day!

We had a great Valentines Day because we got to spend all day together! We also got to go and eat with Nanny and Pop, Gran, Grampy and Uncle Taylor at Cracker Barrel. Matt said he is starting a tradition, he will cook dinner on Valentines Day. So, he did, he went to Wal-Mart and got things to cook a steak dinner, he even grilled them out. It was wonderful. It will be interesting next year, because I bet Valentines Day will fall on a ballgame night! Tonight will be the first night that Ramsey sleeps in her crib in her room. She has officially outgrown her bassinet, and it is sad that she won't be sleeping by me anymore! I probably won't sleep a wink tonight. We are all looking forward to two more days off.

All Smiles at 11 weeks!

Ramsey is really starting to smile a lot and talk to you. She weighs 11 pounds now. She is pretty much sleeping through the night. I consider 7 hours straight sleeping through the night! Sleep never felt so good. There are two weeks remaining in the regular high school baketball season and then the tournament and we are all looking forward to the Spring with many projects planned around the house. This will be a long 5 day week, the first one since I have gone back to work. We will get a three day weekend, which is something to look forward to!

Girl Cousins Everywhere!

Matt's cousin Heather found out yesterday that we are having another girl cousin! Olivia, Reese and Ramsey are excited to add another girl to the family fun. She will be here on June 1st. Olivia is staying here with us today so Heather could go to Bullitt County for her student teaching. The girls are having a good time playing with each other. Poor Gerhig is the only boy. That sounds like my situation growing up. I was the only girl and had four older boy cousins.

Super Bowl Fun!

Luckily, we got to watch the Super Bowl at our house. We had a few scares with the power on Sunday, it would go out for a little while, but it would always come back on eventually. Of course it went out right before the national anthem! Reese had a great time playing with Jagger (her boyfriend she says). The outcome was not what I wanted, but it was a great game!
